Thanks to our unique set of connections and loyal customer base, we are able to offer payment via Credit Cards or Debit Cards directly on-site, unlike many kratom vendors in the industry. There are, however, some common issues that you may face when paying with your Credit or Debit Card. These issues can thankfully be solved easily in most cases! Below, we’ve outlined several common questions or issues customers have had, along with the answers/solutions. Some general things to keep in mind when ordering with your credit or debit card on our site:

  • The name & address you provide on your order must match the information attached to your card, or else the charge will be rejected.
  • Your financial institution must be located in the United States. We are unable to accept international charges.
  • Consider local laws regarding kratom (mitragyna speciosa), as any credit/debit card orders placed in restricted areas such as Denver, CO will be automatically refunded & cancelled by our processor.
  • Some cards simply will not work with our processor. Unfortunately this is out of our hands.


There are a few common reasons for this error. The most common reason is that the name/address you provided does not match the information on file with your financial institution for your credit or debit card. This is a saftey precaution by our payment processor in order to prevent fraudulent transactions, and can be easily resolved by entering the correct information on-file with your bank.

You may also encounter this error if your bank marks the charge for your order as fraudulent. This is due to the nature of our credit card processing, but can be easily resolved by calling your bank. Often times you will receive a text/call/email from your financial institution when a charge is marked as fraudulent in order to quickly approve or deny the charge.

We cannot adjust the charge amount on your credit/debit card once an order has been submitted.

More than likely the charge you’re seeing is only a temporary authorization hold on your account used by our processor in order to verify your account has a sufficient balance. This pending charge will drop in most cases within 7-10 business days.

This fee (usually referred to as an ATM or Foreign Transaction fee on your statement) is actually charged by your bank, and unfortunately is out of our control. Usually the fee is only 1-2% max.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any prepaid cards or gift cards.

If you are blacklisted by our processor, it is unfortunately not possible for us to directly take you off the blacklist. We can request that our processor removes you, but it is entirely at their discretion. For this reason, we recommend not submitting your order repeatedly if you are receiving an error using your credit/debit card. Instead, please reach out to our support team via chat, email, or phone and we will assist you.

We are able to accept Visa and MasterCards.

More than likely, you simply need to enter the CVV/security code for your card (usually located on the back of your card). You may also be experiencing an issue due to your browser or operating system. Try switching devices and/or browsers and re-submit your order.

Charges on your statements will appear as SimpleBota442031292335. In rare cases, credit/debit card charges will show up as TGlobal.

The most likely cause of this issue is that you ordered from a restricted area. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit/debit card payments from restricted areas.
