You must have an account with us, but you can get all kinds of great deals once you sign up! We also send out a coupon on your birthday if you provide it to us at registration or in your profile.
Below, you’ll find a list of all the ways you can earn points and the rewards you can get with our revamped rewards program.
How to Earn Points
Once you’ve made an account (click here to make an account) and signed in, you can earn points easily in three ways.

No, points are only valid for one account and you may only receive points on one account.
Simply reach out to our support staff and explain your situation and we will assist you.
No, coupons will not affect your ability to receive points or rewards. You will not receive points for the amount discounted by any coupons, however.
You can either go to the “Loyalty and Rewards” tab under your account dashboard, or click here to check your points.
Wait up to 72 hours for the points to show up in your account, then reach out to our support staff for assistance if they still aren’t showing.
You will receive an email any time you have enough points for a reward, and you can redeem your points directly from those emails. You can also redeem points under the “Loyalty and Rewards” tab in your account dashboard, or by visiting our Simple Rewards info page.
No, we only allow one discount per order. If there is a reward that can be combined with other discounts, it will be explicitly stated in the description.
In the future, we do plan on adding rewards and/or changing the available rewards based on customer feedback.
Rules & Terms
- Points can only be accumulated from orders placed on or after June 25, 2021. Any orders placed before this date will not count towards your rewards.
- You may only use ONE reward per order unless otherwise stated.
- You must register an account with us in order to be eligible to receive points.
- Dollar amounts do not carry over from previous orders (for example, if you have a prior order worth $2.50 and place another order worth $2.50, you still will only receive 4 points total from the two orders as opposed to 5 points)
- Refunded/cancelled orders will result in points being deducted from your account unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to manually add or deduct points at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change the available rewards, revoke rewards, or end this rewards program at any given time.
- By placing an order & utilizing our points system, you agree to these terms.
