Please note that you may only receive each reward once per tier. Simple Rewards is a cumulative system for simplicity, meaning you don’t have to redeem anything. All you have to do is spend like you normally would!

Can I transfer points between accounts?

No, points are only valid for one account and you may only receive points on one account.

I placed an order and wasn’t logged in! How do I receive my points?

Simply reach out to our support staff and explain your situation and we will assist you.

Do coupons affect my ability to receive points?

No, coupons will not affect your ability to receive points or rewards.

How do I check my points balance?

Go to your account dashboard by clicking here and scroll down to check the balance under “My Points.”

I didn’t receive points for some reason! Will I still receive them?

Wait up to 72 hours for the points to show up in your account, then reach out to our support staff for assistance if they still aren’t showing.

I have over 75 points, what can I do with them?

Excess points beyond Tier 4 (75 points) do not currently have a use, but in the future we may add new tiers/temporary rewards/discounts for users with over 75 points that have already received their four free gifts.

How do I redeem my points?

There isn’t a way to redeem your points; this is a cumulative points system. You will automatically receive rewards with your next order based on the amount of points you currently have.

Rules & Terms

  • Points can only be accumulated from orders placed on or after August 11, 2019. Any orders placed before this date will not count towards your free rewards.
  • You will receive your free reward(s) on the order AFTER you reach the points for a tier.
  • If you are already receiving a free gift from a separate promo, you will receive your free sample from Simple Reward on the next order. You may only receive one free gift per order.
  • If you have a request for a strain on your free sample, leave it in the order notes. Otherwise, we will choose a strain based on your order history.
  • Tiers can only be redeemed once per person/address. Once you reach the points required for a tier & receive the gift(s) corresponding to that tier, you can no longer receive the same gift(s). Attempts to bypass this may result in forfeiture of points/rewards.
  • You must register an account with us in order to be eligible to receive points.
  • Dollar amounts do not carry over from previous orders (for example, if you have two $70 orders, you still will only receive 6 points total from the two orders as opposed to 7 points)
  • Refunded/cancelled orders will result in points being deducted from your account unless otherwise stated.
  • Only valid for customers in the United States.
  • We reserve the right to manually add or deduct points at our discretion.
