Below is a guide on how to leave a review on any of our products. It’s also worth mentioning that we’re offering a coupon for 15% off all kratom in exchange for your honest review! There’s two easy ways to leave your review and get your discount:

1. Leave a review

How to leave a review – by going to the product page for the strain you ordered & receive your coupon code within 24-48 hours.

Navigate to our product archive (titled “Shop” on our navigation bar) or use the search function to find the strain you’re reviewing & click the strain title to bring up the product page.

Scroll down on the product page and click on the section titled “Reviews”

Fill out the review form & hit submit. That’s it! Your coupon will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Contact support if you do not receive a coupon.

2. Use the link sent to your email 

After your order is shipped out, there will be a link sent to your email to leave a review & receive your coupon automatically. This email will arrive 4 days after your order is marked as shipped. Simply click the button labeled “Review” to leave your review.

Enter your satisfaction on a scale of 1-5 & your comments about each product in your order.

Once you’ve entered your comments & rating, select the display name for your review & click “Submit”.

Your coupon will arrive in your inbox within minutes! If you do not see your coupon for some reason within an hour, reach out to our support team.
