I’ve been using Simple Botanical for years. They’re great in all ways and value their customers. Prior to Simple Botanical, I’ve tried many other companies and really had bad experiences. Now, let me give you a tip. No company is going to have 100% “hits” with their kratom. And no company can continually replace their product for free. So, what to do? Get a sample pack in sufficient quantity to assess the kratom. All lots are labeled with numbers. You then order the kratom you like by name and lot #. You write this information on the “note” section of the order form. They always read it and I haven’t had a problem of any sort. If you really really like a particular lot # and you WILL want more later, you can ask them to “put away” a number of them for future purchase. Do this because lots run out so no guarantee it will be there at another date. This works great and yes you will have to put out for a sample pack now and then. It is definitely worth it to do this as it saves a lot of aggrivation. This is the best system I have found for overcoming the problem of getting disappointing results. Last, but certainly not least, communication is excellent and delivery is fast. When it’s delayed it is because of the postal system and not the company. If you are a regular purchaser of kratom, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. Also, there is a rewards system where purchases give you discounts. Try this method as a solution to “bad bag syndrome” lol

Trying samples is a great way to go as they contain lot numbers and take out the guess work. I am concerned when all reviews simply contain that Simple Botanical has excellent service which is true, but little or no mention of the product. All who purchase have an opportunity to leave a review for future discount so there is incentive to just write something about service if the product was disappointing. I’m just about finished with my kilo of this particular product. If there was an effectual difference between this strain and the Green Maeng Da ( recommended to visit Green M.Da product page to see a more detailed review there ) it was subtle, perhaps there was a slight energy increase. The main difference I found, however, this was more pallet friendly, the taste was seemingly innocuous compared to other strains I have had. I’m not going to say that this was a superior strain to the green, perhaps if i took them close enough I could be more certain, but that doesn’t diminish it’s utility or effectiveness. I’ve been nothing but very satisfied with the product but also the quality of service. Looking forward to the next order! Red Dragon
